Upper swing gyral paper gripper, stream sheet feeding. Bearer device is designed between plate cylinder and transfer cylinder to ensure consistent plate pressure and high quality prints with clear screen dots.

Pneumatic centralized control and transacting mechanism perform various functions like automatic inking, dampening, clutch pressure and plate changer.

Alcohol plate dampening system (with dampening cooling circulation), the motor driven by separated dampening rollers has a speed reinforcing function, evenly distributed film solution reduces dpi augment, auto testing for alcohol device is optional.

Adopted vaccum suction and upper blowing at sheet deliver unit to achieve smooth and acurate delivery.

Semi-automatic plate changer device.

Hans-Gronhi-Semi-Automatic plate changer device allows plate to be changed quickly and easily, the result is greatly shorter make-ready time.

Touch screen control system without stopping machine achieves exact axial and rotational adjustments. its + 1 mm for axial, + 50 mm for circle, step pitch is 0,01 mm. Printing precision, continious and stable printing are all guaranteed.

Automatic lubricating system, ultrasonic double-sheet detection.

Separate inking zone, separate adjuster, dampening and inking volume is adjustable without stopping machine. Inking and dampening volume is adjustable automatically according to main motor speed to guarantee even inking and dampening supply.

Alcohol auto wash-up. Numbering. Perforating device and high-precision plate puncher are optional depending on customers’ actual requirements.
