This offset adopts five cylinders, arranged like the shape of V. Every two color-set share a pressing cylinder of double diameter. And every two units are connected through two double-diameter cylinder and a tridiameter paper-transporting cylinder, which realizes the only seven transfers for printing each sheet with four color, from teeth to paper-collecting chain. This structure reduces seven transfers, competed to traditional one of single-diameter pressing cylinder and paper-transporting cylinder, wich guarantees the accurate printing. The adoption of double-diameter pressing cylinder increases the curvature radius of sheet during the printing process and reduces the bending of paper.
The bearing of rubber cylinder adopts that kind of suspended eccentric ones of two raw and three points, which would make the clutch more reliable and stable. What’s more, since all of the plate cylinder, pressing cylinder and the paper-transporting cylinder adopt the tapered roller bearings, it completely eliminates the beating due to the clearance between bearings.
The high-strenghtened base provides the reliable protection for the rapid an efficient printing. The adoption of cam-driven, adjustment for the whole machine, low-rocking front guide and the swinging teeth fully guarantee the paper’s continuous feeding and the accurate printing.
All of them ensure the rapidness, accuracy and smooth delivery. They are the durable Feida Head, specially designed for DH452, continuous paper feeding and roller-like compasses.
Pneumatic braking makes ink-clutch fast and reliable. Horizontal and vertical adjustment without powered-off lets the registering quicker and more convenient. Continuous alcohol-moistened way with auxiliary roller ensures the printing bright and clear. Even if there is no alcohol employed, it can also produce excellent sheet. The water roller is driven by a separeted motor. What’s more,it can self adjust to trak to the host speed, which would ensure that the ink still maintain a balance when the machine speed changes. Floating plate roller is designed scientifically, which can effectively eliminate the ghost image. The auto-cleaning device for rubber blanket would run just after aclick.
The model is equipped with continuous water-feeding device and cooling
water circulation devices. The adoption of the paper-clear defender
guarantees that the surface is clear. The APC auto plate-installing
system greatly reduces the time for plate-changing, which improves work.
Ink controlling system realizes the accurate arrangement for ink, which
would be a good help to printing high-quality work.
